Eligibility Criteria for DEE LP UP Teacher Recruitment
Nationality: Candidates must be a Permanent Resident of Assam .
Age Limit: A candidate must not be less than 18 years of age and not more than 40 years as on 1st January 2025.
Age Relaxation: The Category-wise age relaxation for different categories are as mentioned below:
Ex-Servicemen: 2 years
OBC/ MOBC: 3 years
SC/ST(P)/ST(H): 5 years
Persons with Disability (PwD): 10 years
Small Family Norms: No person having more than two living children on or after 01/01/2021 from a single or multiple partners shall be eligible for appointment as per the Govt. policy on Small Family Norms .
Medium of Instruction: Either the Language-I or the Language-II of both ATET and CTET candidates shall match the medium of instruction of the school, wherein the candidate wishes to apply
ATET/ CTET Qualification: The candidates who have passed ATET/ CTET for Lower Primary / Upper Primary will be eligible for applying.
